Spinach Smoothie
This smoothie was concocted after a long cycle with the aim of keeping me full for one hour before lunch.
The yogurt is added protein and of course if you’re trying to build muscle you can add some Whey or pea protein powder to this smoothie.
Ingredients
1/2 cucumber, juiced
1 carrot, juiced
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 cup of spinach
2 tsp chia seeds
1 small red apple
1 tsp pea protein powder (optional)
Method
Blend all of the above and drink immediately.
