I’m all about quick, healthy, home-cooked meals. If you can spend 10 minutes on Facebook, you can plan a quick meal.


Being diagnosed pre-diabetic in 2018 changed my life. After consulting with a dietitian for almost a year, I lost weight and managed to reverse my diagnosis and stopped taking my meds.

My journey hasn’t been easy because I love desserts and bread but I am determined to be in control of my body. I daily have to talk myself out of eating nonsense but I do it because I want to live longer. There’s just too much world to see and I want to see it all.

I’m hoping that my recipes inspire you to eat better. To be aware of what you put into your body and how you can achieve your goals by being a little more picky about your food.
