Activated Charcoal Nicecream
Normal nicecream flavours are awesome but charcoal nicecream is amazing.
It’s edgy and really wonderful on hot days when you’re in the mood for something sweet. Best of al it’s a lovely vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free dessert option.
I enjoy that this treat is healthy.
It’s made from frozen banana’s and nut butter with a hint of milk. I use lactose-free milk but you can also use a bit of water if you like.
Did you know: Nicecream is healthy but it’s also high in sugars so choose your toppings carefully. The upside is that it’s low calorie, nutrient rich, good for your digestion, plant-based, and natural.
Ingredients
6 frozen banana’s (I cut banana’s in rounds and freeze them just before they go off)
2 tbsp activated charcoal powder
6 tbsp chocolate powder (I use Skinny Nomu Hot chocolate)
2 tbsp chocolate nut butter
Method
Blend all of the above until it’s smooth and very creamy.
Add 1 tbsp of milk of your choice (I use Easi-Gest)
You can eat this immediately, or scoop it in a tub and freeze it for four hours.
