Peanut Butter Banana Snack

I am not a massive rice cake fan. To me it tastes like air and … air. But I’ve realised that in order to maintain a balanced diet one sometimes has to eat food you don’t really like. That way you can safely stay in the green zone when it comes to your calorie intake.

Most diets advocate that you don’t eat a lot of carbohydrates, but I like to treat myself once in a while with this snack. Not only is it tasty, it’s also slightly carb heavy. I would recommend you eat this before you exercise or after.

Ingredients

Rice cake

1 banana

honey

peanut butter

Method

  1. Level 1 tbsp of peanut butter on a rice cake

  2. Add banana

  3. Drizzle with honey

  4. Sprinkle with cinnamon
