Beetroot Juice
I’ve been feeling quite anxious about work and seeing since Monday is my first day on shift since the lockdown started, I opted to make a beetroot juice for extra stamina.
I usually juice once a week, but I’ve resolved to do it twice a week in order to feed my body some of the essential vitamins and minerals needed to aid my immune system.
I chose some of my favorite ingredients and I’m crossing fingers that it really does work.
Did you know: Beetroot is known to reduce blood pressure and give your body extra stamina.
Ingredients
2 cups of beetroot
1 carrot
A nice chunk of ginger and a pinch of cayenne pepper
Method
Juice the beets, carrot, cucumber and ginger.
Add cayenne pepper to the cup and stir.
Drink immediately.
